Did you know you can change your limiting beliefs to empowering ones? Do you recognize any of these limiting beliefs; I’m not good enough, the world isn’t safe, it isn’t okay for me to be vulnerable, money is evil, I’m not lovable, change is hard, and I’m stuck?
We make daily decisions based off our beliefs, so it’s beneficial to hold empowering beliefs, such as, my life is plentiful, I am safe, I am worthy, I am capable of change, and I’m magnificent. As you recognize beliefs that no longer serve you, it is within your power and your responsibility to change them. Beliefs are changeable; they are not permanent.
With awareness you will discover whether your beliefs are fostering growth and potential or limiting you.
Asking these questions can help you evaluate your beliefs:
Will this belief bring me long term fulfillment or short term gratification?
Does this belief lead me to look for what’s right or what’s wrong?
Is this belief leading me to self-love or self-sabotage?
Am I standing in my own power or am I trying to please another with this belief?
Will this belief propel me towards an inspiring future or will it keep me stuck in the past?
To your magnificence!
